Steamed Caramel Cake




Ingredients : -
(A) 150gm fine sugar
100ml hot water
- Cooked until became caramel . Then add hot water . Cool it .

(B) 70gm melted butter
75ml evaporate milk
1 egg beaten
- Combined melted butter and mix well .

(C) 150gm flour
1 level tsp. bicarbonate soda
pinch of salt
75gm fine sugar
- Add all . Then can mix all the other ingredients .

PS : - DO NOT OPEN STEAMER WHILE STEAMING UNTIL DONE .
