Pernah dengar epok-epok Mak Esah kat Kampong Kapor, dekat2 dengan Tekka? Nah, inilah epok2nya...tapi kalau nak tahu secret resepinya ialah, nenek aku pakai daging kambing...tapi bukan daging aje dia amek, minyak2 pun dia pakai...itu pasal lah epok2 dia wangi semacam...hehehe...tapi terus terang aku kata..aku tetap tak tak boleh 'beat' dia punya 'original' rasa...memang nenek aku punya tetap THE BEST IN TEKKA...=D

Lopes,lopes,lopes...teringat aku ketika masih sekolah rendah tolong mak ku jualan..bayangkan setiap pagi dan petang aku akan pergi menjaja kuih,kadang2 malas jugak nak bangun pagi..:(
Apa nak buat,sebab aku ni memang suka sangat menyibuk kat dapur,sebab tu mak selalu suruh tolong jualan...,tapi best jugak,sebab mak pasti upah aku $1..

Antara kuih yang paling laris jualan mak ku ialah,lopes,getuk ubi,epok-epok,goreng pisang,ayam goreng rempah,banyak lagilah...tapi kuih yang aku sebut ni antara yang terlaris,kadang tu orang selalu dah order dulu sebelum aku jaja....bestkan? tak payah jaja tapi dah dapat upah...nilah namanya rezki...:D
