Yu Char Kway has different types of recipe,but this one without yeast at all...nice to eat when it's hot, the one with yeast not really nice and also not so crispy like the one I've made...

I love to eat yu char kway. Whenever and wherever I see yu char kway I must try one until I tried Bee J yu char kway in Kuching. It is so yummy that nowaday when I think of yu char kway, I only think of Bee J yu char kway.
